Add Method to ServiceAdaptor to Create Operations

Add an method to ServiceAdaptor that sub-classes can overrride and return operations that are specific to that adaptor.

Example:

public class RPCServiceAdaptor extends ServiceAdaptor
{
    override proteted function generateOperation(...args):Operation
    {
        return newInstance(ServiceOperation, args);
    }
}
