Generate ASDocs on Maven Build

Add the goal to generate ASDoc's whenever the project is built under maven.

ASDoc is barfing on the arguments being sent from FlexMojos. I've created a ticket on their mailing list here: http://groups.google.com/group/flex-mojos/browse_thread/thread/eca2...
