Refactor Associations

Associations need to be cleaned up:

  • Remove the BelongsTo association. In a non-database application, this association isn't necessary.
  • Add hasMany() and hasA() instance methods to Entity.
  • Inverse relationships shouldn't be inferred. Add an association option that defines the inverse relationship.
